The KDZ Kroměříž company was established in 1991 with the initial intention to deal in the development, design and assembly of engineering machine tools. Through the progressive development and demands of the market, the activities of the company have spread also into other fields, above all in the development of single-purpose machines and equipment mainly for the printing and plastic processing industries. With regard to the fact that the company produces machinery on the basis of its own designs, it was necessary to establish also own promotional-presentation centre that currently operates as a separate affiliated plant of the company.
